Killer Home Workout With Resistance Bands

With the lockdown keeping us all cooped up inside like hermits it can be very frustrating not getting your gym time in. Its easy to sit in front of the TV and veg out, eating all sorts of food that is not good for you and maybe even drinking a little more than you normally would.

Well fear not, I have added some amazing videos below from a guy called Mike Rosa who runs an amazing YouTube channel called Anabolic Aliens.

What makes his workouts so good is the fact he basically has something for everyone regardless or your level or even what environment you may be stuck in or limited to! His resistance band workouts are absolute killers and the crazy part is they only take 5 minutes to do!

How can they be killers you may think… well give them a try and find out!

I have added a video for each body part, chest, back, bicep, triceps, abs, legs and shoulders. Each 5 minute routine has 5 different exercises each one a minute long. What I do myself to get a better workout is I do 3 sets for each body part. So I will do a 5 minute workout of say shoulders 3 times with a 1 minute rest in between. You can do shoulders one day, chest the next, back the next day…you get the drift.

It may sound easy, and for some it may well be but you still get an amazing burn and the exercises are great and can all be done in the comfort of your own home.
